Details about this year's event

Date: Friday, December 9, 2011

Time: 8:30 pm - 12 Midnight

Where: South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa

Please arrive at 8:30 pm sharp to check-in and get your T-shirt. You will have time to toss your shirt on and get in position before the first set of children arrive. A few days before the event, we will email you a video showing exactly what your duties will be on the night of the event. We have 450 children coming to celebrate the holidays so we need to be ready to show them the best time!

Here are driving directions and parking instructions:

From 405 South:
Exit Bristol turn left
Left on Anton (a light) and immediate right and down to Boudin Parking Lot.

From 405 North:
Exit Bristol Turn Right
Left on Anton (a light) and immediate right and down to Boudin Parking Lot.

Volunteers will meet in Loading Dock D which is in the parking lot immediately to the right of the Boudin storefront. This is where you will check-in and get your T-shirt.
